Order & Delivery

How to order

To place your order select the item(s) that you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping cart. Proceed to the checkout page where you must fill in your personal information and pay for the order. If your order is successful, you will receive an order confirmation via the e-mail address provided by you at the checkout page. If not, please contact us and we can assist.

You can see all order information in “my account”. From your account dashboard you can view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses and edit your password and account details.



If we receive your (paid) order before 18:00 CET, provided all items are in stock, RE|claimed will send all orders to the specified delivery address by Post NL within 1-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.

As soon as our warehouse has shipped your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail including a tracking number. The average delivery time is 1–2 business days, depending on the country to which the order is shipped.

Shipping costs are dependent on weight of the parcel and destination country, actual shipping costs are clearly displayed in the checkout before you complete an order. We don't charge shipping costs on domestic orders and orders over EUR 179,97 worldwide.


The shipping costs are calculated after the settlement of any discount as a result of promotions, product discounts or vouchers and discount codes.
